I am thrilled to share my exciting journey as I prepare to represent Australia in Long Jump at the 2024 Paris Olympics. My name is Liam Adcock, and my passion for Long Jump has brought me to the brink of achieving a lifelong dream.

Over the years, I have dedicated myself to perfecting my skills, pushing my limits, and making sacrifices to become the best Long Jump athlete I can be. In 2023 I have had a break through year with achievements including:

1. Two Australian titles:
   1. Australian Open Champion
   2. Australian University Champion. Breaking the long withstanding 1973 Championship Record by 42cm
2. 25cm improvement to my Personal Best
   1. 7.90m -> 8.15m
3. Representing Australia at the 2023 World Athletics Championships
   1. 14th place with a 7.99m jump (1cm shy of qualifying for the final)
4. Recording 8 of my top 10 results ever
   1. Including 6 competitions with 8m+ jumps

However, the path to the Olympics is challenging, both physically and financially. The costs of training, travel and nutrition are significant, not only from a monetary perspective but also in terms of time. In order to keep up with these demands and perform at my best possible level, I am unable to work full time to generate a suitable income stream. That's why I'm reaching out to you.
