All funds raised will help me to represent Australia in the 2024 World Junior Ultimate Championships in Birmingham UK. Money raised will go towards flights, accommodation, meals, uniforms and training expenses.
Ultimate frisbee or disc - sometimes also referred to as 'Flying Disc' - is a mixed or split gender, non-contact sport that combines strategies from AFL, netball, American Football and Touch Football to produce an exciting and skillful game played with a disc. Ultimate is self-refereed and relies heavily on principles of equity, inclusiveness, transparent communication and conflict resolution. The Australian Flying Disc Association (AFDA) is recognised by the Australian Sports Commission, however competing at an international level is fully funded by the athletes themselves. AFDA is the peak organisation for disc sport in Australia with Ultimate having been played in Australia since 1976.
As a self funded sport, I would appreciate any donations to support me as I represent Australia at the 2024 World Junior Ultimate Championships in Birmingham UK.
