Mackenzie started her Kenpo Journey at just 5 1/2 years old, training at Jeff Speakman's Kenpo 5.0. Training online through COVID 3 nights a week in our lounge room she didn't lose focus and kept her Black Belt achievement in site. She achieving her junior Black Belt in December 2022 aged 10 1/2 years. She has now progressed into the Teenage group with her Teen Black Belt in sight.
Mackenzie will be competing in Las Vegas for the Kenpo 5.0 International World Championships. During this time, she will need to create her own techniques, sets, forms and will also spar on top of grading for her Teen Third Brown Belt right after her 13th birthday at the end of June 2025. She is set to complete her Teen Black Belt later this year before starting in the adult program early in 2026.
She attends training and teaches 5 days a week, demonstrating a high level of commitment and dedication both to her own goals and to help others.
We are reaching out for support to help Mackenzie achieve her dreams and make the most of this exciting experience.
Letโs rally behind Mackenzie and help her achieve her goal!ย
