Elite Acrobatic gymnasts Soleil Machado, Madeline Egan and Holly Thornton have been selected to represent Australia at the Junior World Championships and Maia Acrobatic International Cup, both hosted in Portugal. 

During 2023, the trio competed in interstate competitions throughout the year to qualify for the Australian National Squad. Training 20+ hours a week at Team Adrenalin, through highs and lows, the trio worked hard and improved immensely over the past year. With dedication, resilience and drive at the forefront of their training, the girls went from entering the International stream for the first time to being one of the top groups in the country. 

In their first year in the 13-19 International category, the trios achievements include: 

• Gymnastics Victoria High Performance Group of the Year 2023
• 1st Place National Clubs Carnival 2023
• 1st Place Victorian State Championships 2023
• 23/24 National Squad Members 

Acrobatic Gymnastics is not an Olympic sport, so it falls to the athletes and their families to fully self-fund all competition costs. This includes flights, accomodation, uniforms, leotards, competition fees and countless other associated costs. Any donation, big or small, will be greatly appreciated by the trio and their families, as your support goes a long way.
