Hiya 👋🏼 A few weeks ago, alongside my awesome teammates, I got selected to be part of the Australian National Team competing in the IVF World Distance Championships in Samoa this August.

I’m originally from Fiji and began paddling in 2007 (Oh how time flies!) I’ve had some pretty special paddling experiences and memories throughout the years 🥰 I’ve represented Fiji at the Pacific Mini Games and the Pacific Games, before moving to Sydney, Australia, continuing my paddling journey with the =AZVnbLfhOAGJQhjlZGuPQq9Q3ZrlclG59pQheURVzwq_wbGIP4A-8buEzdZJ6gd_zboGgWPoGh9R73Th07IHb-KqN50advYEMleRnNJCm1MFXG8rQT89VHSxira124qXyUZoo3zJTjhGr3Ur1RulBpE7KZwLL2-r1ikh0JTmqRZXv4ZHZ2zao8YDhwCVzQrk-2I&__tn__=-]K-R" target="_blank" style="font-family: sans-serif;">BONDI OUTRIGGER CANOE CLUB. I’ve also ventured out on my own and have competed in a few International competitions, meeting new people from all over the Pacific and the world 😊

My journey continues on the other side of the country, in Perth, with the =AZVnbLfhOAGJQhjlZGuPQq9Q3ZrlclG59pQheURVzwq_wbGIP4A-8buEzdZJ6gd_zboGgWPoGh9R73Th07IHb-KqN50advYEMleRnNJCm1MFXG8rQT89VHSxira124qXyUZoo3zJTjhGr3Ur1RulBpE7KZwLL2-r1ikh0JTmqRZXv4ZHZ2zao8YDhwCVzQrk-2I&__tn__=-]K-R" target="_blank" style="font-family: sans-serif;">Rockingham Outrigger Canoe Club 🦅💚 I’ve never laughed so much or enjoyed paddling more than I have since joining this crazy-crew and meeting all the incredible paddlers and people here. WA is simply amazing and it’s been the best experience so far 😍

Representing Australia, alongside my awesome teammates is something I am very much looking forward to 😊 I’m grateful for the opportunity and cannot wait to wear the Green & Gold for the first time! 🇦🇺

To wrap it all up, I’ve got 3 training camps to attend before the main event in Samoa, in August. First one is coming up, in QLD and I’m sure the other 2 will follow suit.
