Marcellin Old Collegians Cricket Club (OCCC), established in 1973, has been a prominent fixture in the local community, fielding 3 senior teams with about 65 players in the Eastern Cricket Association (ECA) annually. The ECA, the largest cricket association in Victoria and the second largest in Australia, boasts over 7,000 active players across 70 clubs. Marcellin OCCC has a strong connection with Marcellin College in Bulleen, a Catholic boys' secondary school with around 1,500 students, and focuses on transitioning these students into the club, promoting affordable and healthy community-based sporting activities.

The Marcellin Old Collegians Cricket Club have set up its own Operations Fund, partnering with the Australian Sports Foundation, to assist the club through donations being put towards the operating costs of the cricket club.

As the Marcellin Old Collegians Cricket Club grows, so do the expenses associated with maintaining high-quality facilities, equipment, and coaching programs. With the rising costs of operations, we need financial support to ensure the club’s continued success and sustainability.
