The Marcellin Old Collegians Football Club have set up its own Operations Fund, partnering with the Australian Sports Foundation, to assist the club through donations being put towards the operating costs of the football club.

The Marcellin Old Collegians Football Club was established in 1968 and has been a successful and competitive club within the Victorian Amateur Football Association in its 54 year history. It enters its 55th year with an exciting group of players, fielded by a Senior and Reserves Mens team as well as a Senior Womens team, a Thirds team and an Under 19s team.

Although we continue to put five teams on the park each week with a great group of players, coaches and volunteers, unfortunately we have been faced with significant increases to club costs which has put a significant strain on our football organisation. Some of these costs include:

• Affiliation Fees
• Coaching and Football Department
• Trainer Costs
• Medical Expenses
• Player Insurance
• Electricity costs

While our membership and sponsors do assist with this, unfortunately the growth of our great community is hampered and hindered by these increase costs.
