My name is Matthew Barbara and I am incredibly honoured to be representing Australia at the Flag Football World Cup in Finland this August.
The World Cup is not just a chance to represent Australia on an international stage, it is a crucial step towards Australia qualifying for the Olympics in Los Angeles in 2028.
This opportunity means the world to me, however preparing for such an event comes with its challenges. Donations would assist with flights, accommodation, recovery essentials, and training camps.
Your contribution, no matter the size, will help me focus on preparing for, and performing at an international standard. By supporting me as an individual athlete you would also be supporting Australia’s journey towards Olympic representation in flag football.
