Hi everyone, I'm Matty Tidswell and I am a 20 year old BMX racer, studying a Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science) at The University of Adelaide. I am currently a SASI scholarship holder and I am also catagorised by AusCycling.
This year I am travelling to Scotland and Holland to compete in international competitions to further develop my riding, and to take me a step closer to achieving my overall goal of competing at the Olympic Games.
Goals:
- Compete in 2022 Holland and Scotland World Cups
- Qualify for 2022 UCI BMX World Championships
- Complete my university study whilst competing
- Compete in the Olympic Games in 2024 and/or 2028

- Coaching/mentoring programmes

- Equipment maintenance/upgrades
