My name is Megan Tyquin and l am 18 years old and a budding Equestrian in Dressage.

I am currently in the Victorian Dressage Young Riders Squad and am working towards getting into the Victorian Dressage Squad to represent Victoria.

My horse Bloomfield Furstenbury AKA 'Frank' is a work in progress as l cannot possibly afford to purchase a $70,000 horse. We currently compete EA competitions at Novice level and hoping to be lementry/medium level by the end of the year and then progress to the top.

Currently l work full time and have done so since 16yrs old progressing from stablehand to now riding and training young/competition horses all while l take lessons and train my own horse and competing on weekends.

My horse and l are a team and train very hard and it takes a lot of time and money to keep in peak condition.

We are working towards the next State Dressage Championships and Youth Dressage Championships but the costs involved are very expensive and l can only work so much to be able to pay for the rising costs.

My costs involved are academy fees, lessons and the upkeep of my horse which as anyone who owns a horse will appreciate the money involved with his health and wellbeing.

My dream of achieving my goals are becoming out of my reach financially so any amount donated will be greatly appreciated and a go a long way to helping me.
