About the project
We believe participation in football can achieve social cohesion and help adjust new migrants and refugees to Australian society and culture.
We work with a range of community groups and charities, settlement and new migrant services to encourage newly arrived migrants and refugees as well as local families from diverse backgrounds who do not currently play sports to participate as a player, coach, manager or supporter.
Our programs target diverse groups, with particular focus on vulnerable females and children, we get them participating, meeting new people, building new friendships, creating good memories and possibility choosing football as a career.
