My name is Mila Casey. At just 14 years old, after seven years of dedication to the sport of cheerleading, I have been selected to represent Australia as part of Team Australia YUCO at the International Cheerleading Union (ICU) World Cheerleading Championships in Orlando, Florida, in April 2025. This is an incredible honour and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete on the world stage.

The ICU World Cheerleading Championships is the pinnacle event of our sport, welcoming over 100 nations and showcasing exceptional talent from around the globe. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the event, and it will be broadcast internationally on platforms such as CBS Sports Network, the Olympic Channel, ESPN, and ESPN2. Being part of Team Australia is a dream come true, but it also comes with significant financial responsibilities.

The costs for this, including international travel, accommodation, training expenses, and compulsory uniforms are self-funded. That’s why I’m reaching out for your support.
