We are a new partnership of under-23-year-olds that have recently graduated from university and want to put our years of training to the test on the international scene before we lean into working full time.

Recently, the Beach Pro Tour announced a professional tournament in New Zealand in the middle of March, and we see this as an excellent opportunity to enter the world tour. In preparation for the event, we will play the two New Zealand national tour events on the preceding weekends.

The dates and locations of the events are:

• 3rd - 5th March, New Zealand Beach National Tour, Mount Maunganui. 
• 10th - 12th March, New Zealand Beach National Tour Finals, Mount Maunganui. 
• 16th - 19th March, Beach Pro Tour “Futures” Event, Mount Maunganui. 

As we will be in New Zealand for three weeks, the accumulation of flights, accommodation and entry fees makes this an expensive trip, so we are looking for some support. Especially seeing as we have spent most of this summer on tour. Some of our recent results include the following:

For Ruben: 

• Currently ranked 20th in Australia
• 5th at the Australian Championships 2022
• 2nd in Queensland Championships 2022
• Represented Australia in the under-23s Asian Beach Volleyball Championships
• Won 3 Queensland tour events already this season

For Mitchell:

• Currently ranked 28th in Australia
• Won the WA open in January 2023
• 5th at ABVT Canberra in 2023
• 13th at the Australian Championships 2022
• 3rd in Queensland Championships 2022
