Newcastle Golf Club currently operates with outdated software that was written approximately 20 years ago, mainly pertaining to the areas of membership management, POS, stock control, accounting and financial reporting. Additionally, the above software requires significant hardware requirements, resulting in increased costs. Newcastle Golf Club endeavours to update these software components to versions that integrate with our current golf management software and website. The new software (once fully implemented and running) will be predominantly cloud based and provide increased efficiencies within Newcastle Golf Club's administration. The new software will also provide more specific line item details relating to charges on member's accounts.
