I'm a South Australian rowing athlete that has been lucky enough to be selected as part of the Under 23 Australian Rowing team in the men’s coxless quad. The crew and myself will compete at the Under 23 World Championships in Bulgaria starting on the 27th of July. Most of the costs associated is covered by Rowing Australia and other rowing organisations, with the expectation of the athletes to fund-raise $7950 to cover the remaining costs.

I've currently temporarily relocated to Perth to train the boat with fellow crew mates, Alex Rossi, Johnson Daubney and Harry Fox. We are all enjoying the competitive training environment and making good progression in the boat and are eagerly awaiting show the rest of the world what we are capable of.

This is just a stepping stone on the long-term goal of representing Australia at the Olympic games and success at the under 23 World Championship lays the pavement for the coming years.

Any support with helping to fund my campaign is greatly appreciated and I look forward to pulling on the green and gold!

Cheers,

Nick
