In December 2023, I was lucky enought to be selected to go to Nottingham UK to represent Australia in the Masters Hockey Indoor World Cup 2024, in March/April this year.
It was a long and sometimes frustrating 12 months, of rehab following ankle and menicus surgeries. It was worth every minute to be named in the team and I am very grateful for the support I was given by my Physio, PT, family and friends.
These teams however are fully self funded, with the cost being approximately $3500 per person, not including travel.
