I am Ollie and I am 11, my brother Louis is 9. Louis and I are very passionate swimmers and have loved the water since we were babies. Our learn to swim coach saw how much we loved the water and encouraged us to pursue our passion for swimming. When we moved to Darwin, we joined a swimming club where we were exposed to competitive swimming, being in competitions is so much fun. Our coaches have helped to develop our abilities, both in speed and technique, and have provided constant feedback. Our coaches and club have supported us through our development and are terrific mentors. We are lucky enough to have qualified for the School Sports Australian Swimming Championships in Sydney and are excited to have the opportunity to compete and compare ourselves against others at a national level. We want to show everyone that NT swimmers are as good as, if not better, than those from the rest of the country. Our ultimate goal in swimming is to be able to hold a world record someday.
