Penrith RSL Junior Rugby Union Club was established to promote the sport of Rugby Union in the growing city of Penrith located in Western Sydney, NSW. One of the key factors underpinning its establishment was to retain the pathway of premier rugby in the Greater West. To improve the state of rugby, we needed to increase the junior playing base and engage with our community to not just create future Colts and Grade players but supporters, volunteers and sponsors who would come together to create for the future, a successful, cohesive rugby community with a positive culture to engage and inspire all members.
