Phoenix Sparke Youth Olympic Pathway

Phoenix Sparke Youth Olympic Pathway

I live on a farm in NSW Southern Highlands and am a student at Oxley College. I enjoy most sports, and excel at rugby union, rugby league, mountain biking, touch football, waterlpolo, athletics, xc skiing and biathlon.

"If I play, I play hard!"

I love the challenge of balance, strength and stamina needed for cross country skiing. Combining shooting takes the focus to another level! The thrill of combining a physical and a mental pursuit means biathlon is exciting in many ways. My goal is to represent Australia at the 2024 Youth Winter Olympics, and 2026 Winter Olympics.

I was recently named as a member of the;

  • Biathlon Australia Junior Team, and
  • SnowAustralia XC Junior Team.

Outside of sport, I enjoy my family, nature, the outdoors, and building things.
