Squash has been played at a competition level in Port Macquarie for over 43 years. Since 1981 over 700 competitive men women and junior players have taken to the courts in nearly 200 competitions.

Our recent efforts have raised awareness and the participation of over 120 students from almost every high school in Port Macquarie and more are taking interest in this resurgence of the sport every week.

Due to the proposed redevelopment of the Palm Court Squash Complex, we will soon be left without any courts between Taree and Coffs Harbour.

Your contribution will assist us in making state of the art world class Squash Courts a reality for Port Macquarie and will help to keep the sport voted "healthiest sport in the world" in the area for generations to come.

The popularity of Squash is once again on the rise around the world and players are discovering the benefits of the most cognitively challenging indoor sport on the planet.
