Team Australia have announced their participation in the Quadball Nations Cup tournament in Salou, Spain, over the 5th and 6th of October. Following on from their efforts at the IQA 2023 World Cup held in Richmond, Virginia, the decision to attend Nations Cup comes with a strengthening of the pathway for Elite Development in Australia, with a team of rising stars and World Cup hopefuls all participating in an international tournament aimed to foster development of elite pathway players.

This iteration of Team Australia follows in the footsteps of international greatness, with the 'Dropbears', as they are known internationally, the only team to have won a World Cup aside from the US. Their efforts in 2016 go down in Quadball history, with significant strides ever since to remain in the upper echelon of Quadball nations worldwide. 

Currently, each individual player must bear the full cost of a trip across the world, accommodation and registration costs. Individuals in the team have been participating in fundraising efforts, however any donation made today will aim to reduce the financial burden even further, and allow these athletes to focus on training and performing for their country.  Any donations you make will go directly to the team, allowing us to subsidise accommodation, uniforms, and other similar things.
