Rebecca is very excited to share that she has recently been selected to represent her State and school as part of the SSWA State Team to compete against other Australian State Teams at Sydney Olympic Park, Sydney, In August 2023...only a few weeks away!

Rebecca is absolutely delighted to have been selected to swim in Sydney. She has been making waves in the pool with her dedication, passion and talent, and along with her good friend Marcus van Rooyen, is the first student ever at her school to be selected. It has not been an easy road for Rebecca with many roadblocks in the way, dark, early and cold starts, Swimming with her local swimming club, her school swimming club, with private coaching tuitions and gym sessions. She puts in countless hours of training, constantly striving for improvement and pushes herself to be able to reach her goals. Everybody who know Rebecca would know how much of her time is dedicated to swimming!

However, pursuing her swimming goals requires not only skill and determination but also financial support. The costs associated with Airfares, accommodation, SSWA costs, Uniforms, transport, training, equipment and competitions all add up quickly. The cost for us to send Rebecca to Sydney is huge and we are asking for your help to assist us with these costs.
