There are many benefits of playing representative sport, especially hockey, including - developing a better understanding of the game, improving endurance and stamina and helping to boost metabolism. Redlands Hockey is an inclusive, family orientated association and we encourage all our members to participate in rep hockey. It is a great opportunity for players to develop their skills and fitness and develop new friendships, while fostering a positive team spirit. Our U15 women's team will be travelling to Mackay in September for the state championships and we are raising much needed funds to help reduce costs and make the experience more affordable for families.
