Hello everyone, my name is Rethabile Bogosi and I am a 16-year-old tumbler from WA. This year, in July I have been selected to represent Australia in the upcoming world cups in Coimbra and Santarem, Portugal!

I began recreational tumbling when I was 10-years old, and I joined a competitive squad a year later. 3 years later, in 2022 I managed to receive a spot on the WA state team where I secured a silver medal in level 7 tumbling. In 2023, I earnt a place on the WA state squad and team which was where I made my junior international debut (U17), again securing another silver medal during national competition. Since then, I have been proud to be selected to represent WA for my third time as well as being part of the state squad for the second time and also part of the Australian national squad for the first time with me soon to join team Australia for my first world cup.

Wearing the iconic green and gold and representing my country has been a dream of mine for many years, being able to go to this world cup will mark my debut as an international tumbler. Although this announcement is very exciting, tumbling is not funded by the government which then leaves the financial strain on myself and family. This is where I need your help! Every contribution will be highly appreciated as it will help my family and I to pay for uniforms, accommodation, flights, insurance and competition fees as well as making me one step closer to making my long-held dream a reality.
