Riley started baseball at the Yarrawarrah Tigers Junior Baseball Club in NSW at 4 years old. It quickly became his favourite sport. He has played charter baseball, from Little right through to current in Senior League. Riley has also played in the Cronulla Sutherland Junior Baseball Association’s Sydney Cup team who after successfully winning that tournament travelled to New York and participated in the Cooperstown Baseball World Series which he and his team won.

In January this year Riley was selected to represent New South Wales at the Australian Youth Championships U16s team, where again he and his team mates came away with the trophy.

This fundraiser is being held because Riley has been selected to represent Australia in the 2024 U16s Perfect Game World Series in Atlanta, Georgia. This team was selected from all state teams that participated in the Australian Youth Championships U16s

Riley has high aspirations for his baseball future, but these opportunities don’t come without a cost involved. Any help that can be given toward Riley's travel expenditures to the United States to represent Australia in the World Series would be very much appreciated.

Riley is a passionate, humble and aspiring young athlete who makes the most every opportunity that arises. As Riley's parents, we will continue to support him throughout his baseball journey
