The execution of the practice facilities masterplan project will be completed in three stages.

Stage 1 of the upgrade includes the re-development of the main driving range by simulating the feel of playing on the golf course with the introduction of target greens and bunkers within the fairway. The driving range will be lengthened by moving the practice tee back. The tee area will be made one level, and will have an all-weather synthetic strip at the rear for use in winter and after heavy rainfall. To accommodate the lengthening of the driving range and new teaching facility, a new practice putting green will be repositioned and constructed to ensure it remains the same size as the existing green.

Stage 1 will cost $900,000, is being funded by the Club, and is approved for construction in September 2022.

Stage 2 of the masterplan includes the construction of a state-of-the-art teaching facility. The teaching facility will have two separate teaching bays each with the latest golf technology. The teaching bays will have the capacity for players to hit from inside the studio out onto the driving range or completely indoors with simulators. Within the building will be a room for demo and club-fitting equipment, where Members will be able to be fit for the latest golf clubs. The building design incorporates a unisex toilet and an alcove to store the range ball dispenser.

Stage 2 will cost approximately $750,000 and is to be funded by donations to the Club's Foundation.

Stage 3 of the masterplan is the re-development of the short-game facility in the front practice area as Members enter the Club. The work in this area involves repositioning the 1st tee, the construction of a new chipping green and practice bunkers, and the construction of a large green for pitching and longer wedge practice.

Stage 3 is estimated to cost $550,000 and is to be funded by donations to the Club's Foundation.
