The club has recognised the value in not only developing the cricket skills and game sense of the players but also their mental skills. They believe in developing the whole person and creating a loyalty to the club that lasts a lifetime. To ensure enjoyment by all, whilst creating a healthy competitive environment, the Club recognises that it needs to provide a broader learning experience that includes mental skills. These mental skills relate to the development of resilience and the ability to deal with disappointment and improve work ethic. The mental skills also develop a performance mindset amongst the whole club ensuring players become self sufficient human beings and cricketers.
