Softball is a tough game. There is a lot to learn.

Ian 'Chappy' Chapman ensured that his players developed. He had a lot of knowledge to impart and did so for the love of the game and for the love of seeing his players reach their full potential.

This is why, in his honour, this page has been set up.

Chappy's Junior Development Fund will ensure that young Tigers continue to improve their skills and knowledge in the game of softball in a variety of ways.

All money raised will go directly towards funding young Tigers:

  • to participate in Dragons Development programs run by Softball SA
  • to participate in tournaments such as the Junior State Championships
  • to have access to specialist coaching

Chappy's legacy will live on.

Go Tigers!
