My name is Shelby-lee Wintle & I am a 25 year old female amateur boxer who trains out of Paterson Boxing Gym, a not for profit gym in the Hunter Valley of NSW under Greg Tindall.

I’ve been boxing for around 10 years now and have had 27 fights. I’ve represented NSW Boxing successfully internationally in New Zealand and interstate in SA, QLD & ACT.

In November 2024 I won the Elite Australian Title, making me the 66kg Elite Australian Champion! 

Recently I was selected by Boxing Australia to represent our country in Sweden and Dominican Republic, where I came home with both a Silver & Gold medal! 

The next trip I have been selected to attend with Boxing Australia is to Finland and Belgium. In Finland I will take part in the Gee-Bee Tournament, followed by a week’s training camp & comp sparring in Belgium. 

Following this there will be further national & international tournaments and my goal for the year is to earn my spot to represent Australia at the World Championships in September!

My goals after this are the commonwealth games and Olympics! 

For this reason I hope to raise some funds to support me in my travels where I aim to chase my dreams in the boxing world.

The funds will help support me chase my dreams and help out in paying for upcoming overseas and interstate trips in 2025, where I represent both NSW and Australia.
