Visit websiteSt Kilda baseball club is a not for profit, community sports organisation and player fees only cover a portion of the clubs actual outgoings. The club relies on canteen sales, grants and our annual fundraising events to cover our regular costs as well as invest into equipment, coaching, player recruitment and development as well as field and facilities maintenance and improvements.
With Covid, we haven't been able to run our normal fundraising events. As a non profit club run by volunteers, all funds raised for this initial fundraising campaign will be directed to purchasing equipment and other items needed for the upcoming summer season for the junior development program. This additional equipment includes bats, gloves, uniforms and other clothing for new players coming into the game of baseball.
Through our fundraising partnership with the Australian Sports Foundation, any donation of $2 or more to the club is tax deductible and would be greatly appreciated.
