Surfing Australia has limited government funding to try and support multiple disciplines and pathways.
Athletes, across all disciplines* must fund their own travel including flights, accommodation, transport and insurance, with costs reaching over $7000.
Funds raised go towards
- Athlete Travel Costs (Flights, Accommodation, Transport)
- Uniform costs
- ISA Registration Costs
- Team Manager
- Team Coach or Performance Support staff
With your support, Surfing Australia can provide much needed assistance and help reduce the financial strain on these athletes and help them reach success on the world stage!
