We are passionate about this project because we believe swimming should be available to everyone. Learning swimming is a gift for life. It should not be an elitist sport. Every child should be given the opportunity. Living in the country we have less pools and less teachers, and mostly our centres only open for 6 months of the year compared to city aquatic centres. Drowning rates can be reduced if we educate and help everyone to learn safely. It also provides a lifelong skill promoting health and fitness.
