From my beginnings in Taekwondo at the tender age of four to representing Australia at the 2023 World Cadet Taekwondo Championships, I, Theodore "Teddy" Kaing, have dedicated my life to mastering this martial art.

My journey has been marked by significant achievements:

• Member of the 2023 Australian Taekwondo Team
• Gold Medalist at the 2023 National Championships
• Gold Medalist at the 2023 Victorian Selection Championships
• 2023 Don Deeble Sports Star Finalist
• Recipient of the 2023 Don Deeble Encouragement Award

Now, I am gearing up for my next great challenge: qualifying for and competing in the 2024 World Taekwondo Junior Championships in Korea.

The path includes competing at the Australian selection event in late June, as well as participating in national training camps and other key competitions.

Supporting a taekwondo athlete involves substantial financial outlays, including training fees, equipment, and international travel.
