In July this year I’ll be travelling to England (Nottingham) to compete at the 2024 Touch Football World Cup in the Australian Emus Men’s 45s team to defend and retain the Masters World Champion Title. This is the ultimate privilege and long-time dream of mine to be making my debut and be given the opportunity to wear the green and gold on behalf of my country, family and friends.

Most will already be aware that the game of Touch Football is a non-professional sport whereby athletes pay to play. To attend the World Cup each athlete will pay on average over $6,000 on training, travel, accommodation and uniforms leading up to and during the event.

Reaching out for financial assistance is not an easy thing for me to do, however in partnership with the Australian Sports Foundation and through my fundraising page with the Sports Foundation, they've made it possible so that tax deductible donations can be made towards my campaign which will make a massive difference.

The financial burden was something I was always willing to accept in order to live my dream. In saying that, if you are interested in making a tax deductible donation then I would really appreciate your support, big or small.
