Visit websiteWe are looking for support in our fundraising for our fledgling Physie club. Our club welcomes girls and ladies with an age range from 3 years to ladies well into their 70's. Physie (also known as Physical Culture) is the perfect combination of movements designed to increase strength, fitness and flexibility. The benefits are increased co-ordination, brain development and confidence.
Physie is a synchronised, team-based sport that’s social and fun and an excellent low impact dance and aerobic activity. We are looking for help in raising funds for compulsory uniforms, public liability insurance, music licences, promotional banner and a hair & makeup kit.
