Since 1980 AFL Masters has been providing opportunities for older footballers the chance to continue playing under modified rules, fortnightly to keep participants involved in organised sport. By doing so we contribute towards healthy communities right across Regional Victoria, the regional communities are now more than ever before needing our support. And we would like your assistance to keep our support ongoing.

Any contribution towards our goal of $50,000 will go towards improving the processes and mechanisms we use to improve the participation opportunities for regional communities. Unlike many other community Leagues we don't pay players, coaches or other individuals, we are a 100% volunteer organisation. Your generous donation will be put towards systems improvements to reduce volunteer work hours, and also to reduce the costs for participants to get involved in community sport.

Across Australia many men and women are disconnected from their communities, we know that sporting Leagues and clubs like ours are critical in being the support mechanism for smaller regions and their people. By donating you'll be providing us with valuable funds to help grow our support for regional communities across Victoria.

Our League places a strong emphasis on the health and wellbeing of our participants, their families and friends, and their local communities . Our clubs are acutely aware of the benefits of participating in organized sport. Clubs offer a warm, friendly training environment allowing all participants to get involved at their own comfortable pace. Training sessions are often all inclusive, with men women and children getting involved together as one. Following training participants get together for a feed, a drink and a chat in a safe space
