There is currently no dedicated Youth Girls Rugby union Academy in Victoria so the best young players are likely to move interstate to get the best possible coaching. This project is aimed at specifically targeting the support, coaching and development of the best young women playing Rugby Union in Victoria and helping them on their path to becoming Wallaroos.
