The Canberra Heat Men and Women compete in the Australian Volleyball League, which is the top competition in Australia. Unlike many other top tier sporting competitions in Australia, players are primarily self-funded (up to $1,000+ per athlete in 2023).

Our Men’s team are the current Australian champions, having taking out the final in 2022, while our Women’s team is building toward some big success in 2023.

We depend on the generosity of our donors and sponsors.

Our government support and internal financing only cover our basic operating costs, therefore we must rely on grants, sponsorship and your donations to travel, training and competition costs involved in the league. Please help us to raise $25,000 to cover athletes costs
