My name is Amelie Hoefel. I will represent Australia at the World Aquatics women's U16 water polo Championships in Turkey. Please help me fundraise my way to Europe. I hope to help my parents raise my athlete's fee plus some of the NAGP training camp fees they incurred over the past year in helping me get selected to the team. I love water polo since I was a baby watching it and have been competitively playing since I was 11 years old. I am dedicated and passionate about the sport, travelling over 700km weekly just for training. Water polo has enabled me to travel interstate where I represented Queensland. Last year I was selected to the Australian European Tour Squad. I will always represent my country Australia, as well as my state Queensland, school region Sunshine Coast and my local Brisbane club Mermaids, with pride.
