The Western Districts Memorial Community and Sports Centre is the heart of sport down the west end of Kangaroo Island. The Memorial Hall was built in the 60s and aside from being a memorial community hall it was home to our sports clubs, Football, Netball, Tennis and Cricket. Many members of our club were also directly impacted during the Black Summer fires losing homes and livelihoods.

We have been fortunate since the fires to receive significant funding and grants along with insurance which has allowed us to go ahead with rebuilding the club and we are finally nearing completion. Our original budget was completed early 2021 and now with some increases in costs and some unexpected additions there are some items we are choosing to omit or not bring to completion at this stage. Thanks to generous donations for club members we hade additional funds go towards our fireplace.

Any contribution to support some of our shortfalls would greatly support the club.
