The grounds at the association were inundated to the height of roughly 3m. The whole lower level of the clubhouse and both storage sheds were flooded. The damage to buildings, courts and equipment amounts to over $300,000. 

 In order for the association to get back up and running, we need to replace the following items:

·      Lighting on all 20 hard courts

·      Post padding for 24 courts

·      Canteen Equipment – coldroom and freezer, coffee machines, coffee grinders, dishwasher, stove, deep fryers, microwave, grills, display cabinets (hot & cold), consumables

·      Ground Keeping Equipment – ride on mower, line marker, vacuums.

·      First Aid Room – Ice Machines, consumables, physio table

·      Equipment Room – washing machine, dryer, netballs, training equipment

·      Administration Counter – computer, printer, PA System, Modem, NBN, filing cabinets, trophy cabinets.

·      Building – the lower level needs to have the walls and cabinetry stripped and replaced along with electrical.

 The above is not a comprehensive list of everything lost. We are fundraising to help cover the costs involved with repairs and to replace equipment that insurance won’t cover.
