WSC Tackers Safety Boat

Raised

Goal

$10,000.00

Whitsunday Sailing Club conducts official Tackers programs for children as well as Start Sailing programs for teenagers and adults. One of the club's safety boats which is used for the Tackers program has reached "end of life" and needs to be replaced.

Currently both of these courses are running at full capacity, making it essential that all safety resources are available on the water to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for course participants. The club currently has 3 operational RHIB's and requires a fourth boat to replace the de-commissioned boat.

The boat required needs to be approximately 4 metres in length with a centre console.
