Women Onside is dedicated to the advancement of women in football across Australia. We advocate and work tirelessly on behalf of women referees, coaches, players, administrators, and other participants at all levels to promote inclusion, development, and better resourcing. Our initiatives focus on advocating for women's rights, diversity, and acceptance within the football community.

Building on the legacy of the Matildas in 2023, our Onside Mentoring program has empowered emerging female leaders, while our Women in Football Leadership Conference united experts and aspiring leaders to strategise on success. Our webinars and community engagements have sparked dialogues and inspired action towards gender equality in football.

With the upcoming Paris Olympics and Australia hosting the 2026 Women’s Asian Cup, we aim to expand our programs, provide more opportunities for women, and enhance their representation and impact in the sport. Our goal is to increase our staffing to meet these ambitious plans.
