Founded in 2017, Women Onside's mission is to make Australian football more inclusive, more representative, and more equitable for women and non-binary people.

We are building a national, independent network of passionate and experienced change-makers who believe in the power of football to shape society for the better, bringing them together into the one room to help solve the game's biggest problems.

But we can't do it alone. With your support, no matter the size, we are able to run targeted training programs and workshops, fund scholarships and education opportunities, design advocacy campaigns, build networking platforms, conduct research, propose policy changes, and host major events in person and online that connect and empower under-represented communities within football.

We want to inspire future leaders, inform community clubs and volunteers, influence decision-making, and impact the sport so that it truly reflects those who have been kept on its sidelines for so long.
