The long-term vision is to have a sustainable future of grass roots cricket for Woodside and the broader local area, providing our future cricketers, the opportunity to connect through the sport, build confidence in their skills and leadership, become competitive and succeed, all the time having fun, while furthering additional community engagement, through the school, parents, and local businesses. To do this we are working our strategic plan, in ensuring our facilities meet current needs are are part of the attraction to play for Woodside, in addition we are progressively developing our player development program, including both Junior and Senior players, with the engagement of qualified coaches, opportunities for coaching away from the club and hopefully overseas placements during the off season.
