Wynnum Manly Hawks Basketball Club

Basketball is the second most popular team sport in Australia and promotes a healthy lifestyle, good mental health and mate ship.

We are a group of local volunteer coaches who live, work and play in this community. There is a need for a grassroots home, grown basketball club run by dedicated and passionate coaches who believe in the long term development of our youth.

You only have to drive down our streets to see how many basketball hoops there are with children and communities coming together to shoot some hoops.

Wynnum Manly Hawks want to engage our local community in coming together to support and play the fifth most popular sport in the world. We want to do this by using local schools and businesses to plant and grow the new Wynnum Manly basketball club.

By choosing to help and donate to the Wynnum Manly Basketball club you are helping to give local kids tools such as discipline, problem solving and physical fitness to become future members of this wonderful community we all live in and love.
