Support Zakk Latin's Journey to Play College Basketball in the USA

Hi, my name is Zakk Latin, and I’m 16 years old. Just a few years ago, I had never picked up a basketball. During the COVID-19 lockdown, my parents bought me a hoop to relieve my boredom, and from that moment on, I became completely hooked on the game. What started as a backyard hobby quickly turned into an obsession and a dream to become a top-tier player.

I set ambitious goals for myself, going from a Division 4 player to Division 1, and I was thrilled to be selected for a Representative team, eventually competing in the Grand Final. I became the third-highest point scorer in my age division for the league and was honoured to be chosen as a development player for the CCC State competition—all within just two years.

Now, my hard work has paid off with the opportunity of a lifetime. I’ve been selected to travel to the United States next July to compete in the AAU tournament for AUSA. This is more than just a tournament; it’s my chance to experience college basketball in the USA, train under elite coaches, and possibly secure sponsorship that could shape my future.
