Every survivor of Gender-based and domestic violence deserves a chance to heal, regain their strength, and reclaim their lives. That is why we are launching the transformative "Yoga and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction" project, a powerful initiative aimed at empowering survivors on their path to healing and recovery.


This groundbreaking project offers a safe and inclusive space where survivors can explore the profound benefits of yoga and mindfulness practices. We understand that the effects of trauma can be deep-rooted and long-lasting, impacting survivors both physically and emotionally.
