Secure upload – manual donations

We beefed up security and have added a secure upload function for manual donations. This means that you will be able to upload a document to the portal which will disappear from any view once processed.

To give you a head-start, we’ve outlined the steps below:

Step 1. Log into your portal

Head to and press ‘ login’ in the top right-hand corner.

Your username is your email address and your password is a password you chose when you first logged in. If you have forgotten your password, press ‘forgot password’ under the password box.

Step 2. Go to the ‘My Projects’ tab

Step 3. Select a project

If you have more than 1 project, select the project the manual donation form has selected to donate to.

Step 4. Scroll Half way down the page

On the right-hand side, under ‘project key dates’ and ‘contributor messages’, you will see this box:

Step 5. Click the ‘Upload’ button to upload your donation form.

Please note – only one document can be uploaded at a time. After you have uploaded a manual donation form you can ‘upload another file’.

You will not receive a confirmation that we have received the donation forms, but keep an eye on your donation reports inside your portal. You will see the donations pop up here in a few days after they have been reconciled.
