Hi, my name is Elyija. I am 16 years old, and I've been given a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play basketball overseas in America and pursue my dreams of playing college basketball. I was given this opportunity by an organisation known as AUSA. AUSA is one of the leading organisations in Australia for getting Australians into American colleges for basketball and creating fantastic basketball players.

Ever since I first played basketball at ten years old, I knew it was for me, I fell in love with the sport so fast, and everything became about basketball quickly.

Playing basketball for me is really about my parents, they've sacrificed so much to get the rest of my family and me into the position we are in now, and I would love for nothing else in the world than to finally give back to them in any way possible.

The funds raised will be used to help pay for the trip expenses and the flights to America. There is no limit to how much or how little you can donate, so please help out.
